PA Acceptance Lab — Terms of Agreement

By completing payment and booking services with PA Acceptance Lab, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Personalized Advising Services
PA Acceptance Lab provides individualized pre-PA and PA admissions advising, application guidance, personal statement feedback, interview preparation, and related educational services as described for the service or package purchased.

2. No Guarantee of Admission
PA Acceptance Lab does not guarantee admission to any PA program. Admissions decisions are made independently by individual PA programs, and outcomes depend on many factors outside of PA Acceptance Lab’s control.

3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in writing before checkout. Services and advising time are reserved specifically for the client and are based on the package purchased.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice (minimum 48 hours). Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with insufficient notice may be considered used and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

5. Refunds
Because advising services involve reserved time and personalized preparation, payments are generally non-refundable once services have been scheduled or work has begun.

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, meeting application deadlines, completing assigned preparation, and making final decisions regarding their PA school application.

7. Confidentiality
PA Acceptance Lab will treat client information and application materials as confidential and will not share them outside of the advising process except when required by law or with the client’s permission.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the box at checkout and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
